ह्र्डये चित्तसंवित् ॥३४॥
hrḍaye citta-saṁvit ||34||
Meditation on the heart (hridaya) engenders knowledge concerning human mutability (chitta). ||34||
hṛdaya = heart
citta = human mutability; mind
saṁvit = understanding; perception; precise knowledge
