कन्ठकूपे क्षुत्पिपासा निवृत्तिः ॥३०॥
kanṭha-kūpe kṣutpipāsā nivṛttiḥ ||30||
Meditation on the pit of the throat (kantha kupa) causes hunger and thirst to cease. ||30||
