ASTEYA PRATISHTHAYAM SARVARATN OPASTHANAM ||37||
अस्तेयप्रतिष्ठायां सर्वरत्नोपस्थानम् ॥३७॥
asteya-pratiṣṭhāyāṁ sarvaratn-opasthānam ||37||
Once non-stealing has been permanently established, all riches will be available. ||37||
asteya = to not steal
pratiṣṭhāyām = (loc. sg. f. from pratiṣtḥā) fixed; permanent stable
sarva = (iic.) all
ratna = (iic.) jewel; precious stone
upa = near; nearby
sthānam = space; room
